Mango Pineapple Hot Wing Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 Habanero Medium
  • 8 oz Crushed Pineapple and Juice
  • 1 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Water Slightly less if using Liquid Honey
  • 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 LB Butter 2 Sticks
  • 1 TBSP Honey Powder or Liquid Honey
  • 1 TSP Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 Cup Water Slightly less if using Liquid Honey
  • 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 LB Butter 2 Sticks
  • 1 TBSP Honey Powder or Liquid Honey
  • 1 TSP Kosher Salt
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except Honey Powder, Salt and Butter until smooth
  2. Heat over Medium-Low heat
  3. Add Salt and Honey Powder
  4. Add Butter
  5. Heat until butter until melted
  6. Increase heat until sauce starts to bubble
Recipe Notes

Coat you wings with the Mango Pineapple Hot Wing Sauce and heat.

I fry frozen wings in a deep fryer until cooked. Then coat wings with sauce and heat in oven.
