Instructions
Marinade
Thickly coat fish on all sides Marinate for at least 30 Minutes
Masala
Add all ingredients to pan
Roast for two minutes, stirring occasionally
Let cool
Add Tamarind ball
Blend into a paste
Ghee Roast
Melt Ghee
Add curry leaves
heat until spatters, 2 minutes
Add masala
Cook 12-15 minutes until color changes to a dark brown
Adda pinch of Jaggery or sugar
Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, Ghee will separate
Coat fish with sauce on both sides
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side
