Ingredients
Chicken
  • 3 Chicken BreastPounded to 1/2 inch thick
  • 1tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1tsp Saltor to Taste
  • 1tsp Fresh ground Black Pepperor to Taste
  • 3TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2Cup Flouror more for dredging
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2Cup OnionDiced
  • 2tbsp garlicMinced
  • 3/4cup White wine
  • 3/4cup Water
  • 2/3cup Heavy Cream
  • 2tsp Italian Spice Mix
  • 2 tbsp Italian ParsleyChooped
  • 4tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp arrow rootMice with 1 TBSP water
Instructions
Chicken
  1. Pound Chicken until a consistent thickness (1/2 inch thick)
  2. Season with dry spices (Garlic Powder, salt, Pepper)
  3. Rub in Lemon Juice
  4. Dredge in flour
  5. Heat pan to medium heat
  6. Pan fry in butter (2 tbsp and olive oil (2 tbsp)
  7. Until golden brown flip (5-6 minutes per side)
  8. Move to plate and keep warm

  1. Remove extra oil (leaving enough to cook onion and garlic)
  2. add chopped onion sprinkle with salt, saute until slightly translucent (two minutes
  3. add chopped garlic saute for 1 minute
  4. Add wine and water bring to boil simmer for 5 minutes
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. Reduce heat
  7. Add heavy cream
  8. Increase heat to a simmer, simmer for a few minutes to thicken, add arrow root slurry to thicken if required
  9. stir in lemon juice
  10. Stir in Italian Spice mix
  11. Add chicken breasts warm with sauce
  12. Garnish with Parsley
  13. Serve over rice or pasta with lemon wedges
