Ingredients
1 1/2
Cup
Milk

Cup
All Purpose Flour

Egg

TBSP
Cooking Oil
Canola Oil
Salt
Instructions
In a bowl combine milk, flour, eggs, oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Beat with until smooth
Heat a non stick 6 inch skillet or crepe pan over medium heat (if using an inverted crepe pan follow pan instructions)
Remove pan from heat. Add 3 TBSP of batter, Tilt pan to cover bottom (if using an inverted crepe pan follow pan instructions)
Return to heat lightly brown on one side
Remove to plate and keep warm until ready to use, separate crepes with parchment paper
