  • 1 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 TBSP Cooking Oil Canola Oil
  • Salt

  • 1 TBSP Cooking Oil Canola Oil

Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine milk, flour, eggs, oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  2. Beat with until smooth
  3. Heat a non stick 6 inch skillet or crepe pan over medium heat (if using an inverted crepe pan follow pan instructions)
  4. Remove pan from heat. Add 3 TBSP of batter, Tilt pan to cover bottom (if using an inverted crepe pan follow pan instructions)
  5. Return to heat lightly brown on one side
  6. Remove to plate and keep warm until ready to use, separate crepes with parchment paper
