Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Egg
- 1 TBSP Cooking Oil Canola Oil
- Salt

Instructions
- In a bowl combine milk, flour, eggs, oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Beat with until smooth
- Heat a non stick 6 inch skillet or crepe pan over medium heat (if using an inverted crepe pan follow pan instructions)
- Remove pan from heat. Add 3 TBSP of batter, Tilt pan to cover bottom (if using an inverted crepe pan follow pan instructions)
- Return to heat lightly brown on one side
- Remove to plate and keep warm until ready to use, separate crepes with parchment paper
