Crab Cakes
Ingredients
  • 2TSP Minced Garlic2 cloves
  • 1/2cup Chopped Onion`
  • 1 1/2TBSP Chopped CeleryFinely chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Pound Lump Crab
  • 1/2TSP dried Parsleyor 1 TSP Fresh Parsley
  • 3/4cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggsbeaten
  • Old Bayto taste
  • Saltto taste
  • Fresh ground Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
  1. Saute veggies Cool
  2. add crab
  3. add Old Bay
  4. add parsley Mix
  5. add eggs
  6. add bread crumbs mix
  7. form 1 cup of crab mixture into a patty coat with bread crumbs
  8. shallow fry in a cast iron pan until brown
