Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 TSP Minced Garlic 2 cloves
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion `
- 1 1/2 TBSP Chopped Celery Finely chopped
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 Pound Lump Crab
- 1/2 TSP dried Parsley or 1 TSP Fresh Parsley
- 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 2 Eggs beaten
- Old Bay to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Saute veggies Cool
- add crab
- add Old Bay
- add parsley Mix
- add eggs
- add bread crumbs mix
- form 1 cup of crab mixture into a patty coat with bread crumbs
- shallow fry in a cast iron pan until brown
