Ingredients
  • 2 TSP Minced Garlic 2 cloves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion `
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Chopped Celery Finely chopped
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Pound Lump Crab
  • 1/2 TSP dried Parsley or 1 TSP Fresh Parsley
  • 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • Old Bay to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh ground Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Saute veggies Cool
  2. add crab
  3. add Old Bay
  4. add parsley Mix
  5. add eggs
  6. add bread crumbs mix
  7. form 1 cup of crab mixture into a patty coat with bread crumbs
  8. shallow fry in a cast iron pan until brown
