Ingredients
  • 6ounces pastaspaghetti
  • 3TBSP Unsalted Butter DividedIf you only have salted adjust salt later
  • 3/4Cups Grated Parmesan
  • 1/3 Cups Grated Pecorino Romano
  • 1TBSP Fresh ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook Pasta in salted water Remove before fully cooked reserve water
  2. 2 Melt TBSP of butter in saute pan
  3. add pepper cook for 1 minute
  4. add 1/2 cup of pasta water Bring to simmer
  5. add pasta
  6. add 1 TBSP Butter
  7. add Romano cheese Toss until melted
  8. Remove form heat
  9. Add Parmesan Toss till mixed If too dry add more pasta water
  10. Serve with grated cheese
  11. Add salt to taste (probably not needed)
