Ingredients

pasta
spaghetti

Unsalted Butter Divided
If you only have salted adjust salt later

Cups
Grated Parmesan
1/3
Cups
Grated Pecorino Romano

TBSP
Fresh ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Cook Pasta in salted water Remove before fully cooked reserve water
2 Melt TBSP of butter in saute pan
add pepper cook for 1 minute
add 1/2 cup of pasta water Bring to simmer
add pasta
add 1 TBSP Butter
add Romano cheese Toss until melted
Remove form heat
Add Parmesan Toss till mixed If too dry add more pasta water
Serve with grated cheese
Add salt to taste (probably not needed)
