Butter Garlic Chicken

Minced Garlic

Grated Gruyere

Mix and Match – Thyme, Tarragon, Parsley, Basil, etc.

Chicken Stock
or Broth
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Chicken
Preheat Oven to 375F
Pound chicken until even about 1/8-1/4 Inch
Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper
Place Chicken in greased baking pan
Set aside
Sauce
Melt 1/2 stick of Butter set aside
In a saute pan melt 1/2 stick of Butter
Saute Garlic until tender
Add onion sprinkle with 1/2 TSP Salt, saute until translucent
Add Herbs
Saute for 1 Minute
Add mixture to Chicken an
Rinse sauce pan with chicken stock and add to Chicken pan
Add melted Butter
Add Garlic Cloves
Bake Chicken
Cook in Oven for 30 Minutes
cover chicken with Gruyere cheese
Cook for 5 more Minutes
