Butter Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breast
- 1/2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 1 Stick Butter 1/4 Pound
- 5 Cloves garlic Pealed
- 1 Med Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Grated Gruyere
- 1 TBSP Chopped Herbs Mix and Match - Thyme, Tarragon, Parsley, Basil, etc.
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock or Broth
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper to Taste

Instructions
Chicken
- Preheat Oven to 375F
- Pound chicken until even about 1/8-1/4 Inch
- Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper
- Place Chicken in greased baking pan
- Set aside
Sauce
- Melt 1/2 stick of Butter set aside
- In a saute pan melt 1/2 stick of Butter
- Saute Garlic until tender
- Add onion sprinkle with 1/2 TSP Salt, saute until translucent
- Add Herbs
- Saute for 1 Minute
- Add mixture to Chicken an
- Rinse sauce pan with chicken stock and add to Chicken pan
- Add melted Butter
- Add Garlic Cloves
Bake Chicken
- Cook in Oven for 30 Minutes
- cover chicken with Gruyere cheese
- Cook for 5 more Minutes

Serve over Rice or Pasta
