Cut into wedges

Quartered or equivalent small white onions

cut into chuncks

Small Potatoes
Instructions
Place Corned Beef into Dutch Oven or Large Pot
Add water enough to cover Corned Beef by one inch
Add in Spice MIx
Cover And Bring to a Boil
Reduce to a simmer cook for 4 Hours
Add Root Vegetables – Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips, Onion
Cook for 40 Minutes
Remove Corned Beef cover with aluminum foil
Add cabbage cook for 20 Minutes
Remove Vegetables
Slice Corned Beef and serve with Vegetables
