Ingredients
  • 6 LB Corned Beef Red or Grey
  • Spice Mix Use the one include or use a homemade one Boiled Dinner Spice Mix
  • 1 LB Parsnips Chopped
  • 2 Cabbage Heads Cut into wedges
  • 3 Medium Onions Quartered or equivalent small white onions
  • 2 LBS Carrots cut into chuncks
  • 1 LB Small Potatoes

  • Spice Mix Use the one include or use a homemade one Boiled Dinner Spice Mix
  • 1 LB Parsnips Chopped
  • 2 Cabbage Heads Cut into wedges
  • 3 Medium Onions Quartered or equivalent small white onions
  • 2 LBS Carrots cut into chuncks
  • 1 LB Small Potatoes
Instructions
  1. Place Corned Beef into Dutch Oven or Large Pot
  2. Add water enough to cover Corned Beef by one inch
  3. Add in Spice MIx
  4. Cover And Bring to a Boil
  5. Reduce to a simmer cook for 4 Hours
  6. Add Root Vegetables - Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips, Onion
  7. Cook for 40 Minutes
  8. Remove Corned Beef cover with aluminum foil
  9. Add cabbage cook for 20 Minutes
  10. Remove Vegetables
  11. Slice Corned Beef and serve with Vegetables
