New England Boiled Dinner

Ingredients
- 6 LB Corned Beef Red or Grey
- Spice Mix Use the one include or use a homemade one Boiled Dinner Spice Mix
- 1 LB Parsnips Chopped
- 2 Cabbage Heads Cut into wedges
- 3 Medium Onions Quartered or equivalent small white onions
- 2 LBS Carrots cut into chuncks
- 1 LB Small Potatoes

Instructions
- Place Corned Beef into Dutch Oven or Large Pot
- Add water enough to cover Corned Beef by one inch
- Add in Spice MIx
- Cover And Bring to a Boil
- Reduce to a simmer cook for 4 Hours
- Add Root Vegetables - Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips, Onion
- Cook for 40 Minutes
- Remove Corned Beef cover with aluminum foil
- Add cabbage cook for 20 Minutes
- Remove Vegetables
- Slice Corned Beef and serve with Vegetables

Serve with Creamed Horseradish Sauce
