- 3 Med Cucumber rough Chopped
- 2 TBSP Mint Chopped
- 1 1/2 TSP Dill Chopped
- 2 TSP Chives Chopped
- 2 TSP Parsley Chopped
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 TSP Salt
- 1 Cup Sour Cream

- Blend all ingredients until smooth Chill

- 3 TBSP Tequila 1.5 OZ
- 8 TBSP Ginger Beer 4 OZ
- 1/2 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice 1/4 OZ
- 2 Dashes Bitters Angostura or Peyschauds
- 1 Slice Lime I half slice of lime for granish

- Combine all ingredients in copper mug or glass and stir
- Add ice and garnish
