Day 7: Paradise! or 20 Miles in a day
Morning at Mountain View pond. Today we're out of the mountains and into the lake region...otherwise known as Paradise. Where they have buses and trams and stores that sell water and cheese burgers. Ok maybe not we can dream!
Paradise...ok maybe not but real close at Crawford pond.
Cooper brook draining nice freezing cold water into the swiming hole at Copper Brook Lean-to. Perfect for a swim.
Almost walked right past this. I know it doesn't look that big in the pic but it was probably 8 inches long.
I take a swim, and yes the water was freezing I know you can't see the ice but it must be there somewhere.
