Ingredients
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar Firmly packed
- 1/4 Cup Bourbon Doesn't have to be the best but should be good
- 3 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 TBSP Molasses
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1 TSP Hot Sauce something flavorful not just hot (I Used Farmers Daughter Crab Apple)
- 2 1/2 TSP BBQ Spice Mix My spice https://www.dataphobic.com/recipe/bbq-spice-mix/ or your preference

Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium sauce pan
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer for 8 - 10 minutes until desired consistency

- dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBSP Molasses
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- Dash Hot Sauce
- 2 TBSP Ketchup
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper can substitute with regular Black Pepper
